1 Booking & Payment
- Full payment is taken at booking, through Calendly and Stripe, to hold your session
- Sessions book at least 48 hours ahead. Mon-Fri 10-4, Thu from noon, by appointment. The studio is open by appointment only. Someone meets you at the door and gets you set up. Nobody is on site without a booking, so please do not drop in.
- You get a confirmation email with the session details and a link to cancel or move it
2 Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel or move 48 hours or more before Full refund, or a free new date
Cancel less than 48 hours before No refund, one free move
No-show Payment kept
Cancel or move your session 48 hours or more ahead and you get a full refund, or a free new date. Inside 48 hours there is no refund, but you can move the session once at no charge. No-shows forfeit the full payment.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, in full, within one business day. We cover the card processing fee.
3 Rescheduling
- Move your session from the link in your Calendly confirmation email, or contact us and we will move it for you
- 48 hours or more ahead, move it as often as you need. Inside 48 hours you get one free move
- A moved session follows the same rules, counted from its new date
4 Studio Access
- Arrive on time; late arrivals do not extend session time
- Session ends at scheduled time regardless of start
- Only booked individuals may access the studio during your session
- Nation or a team member meets you at the door at your start time and gets you set up. The studio is not staffed between sessions
5 Equipment
- Space only ($100/hr): the room, professional lighting and studio microphones, set up for you. You run the session. No cameras are included
- With a producer ($150/hr, one and two hour sessions): A producer runs the cameras and the audio and keeps the session on track. Cameras are included and you leave with the raw files
- Half and full days with a producer are quoted. Cameras are not rented without an operator
- You are responsible for any damage to studio equipment
6 Liability
- Aloha Media Studio is not liable for personal injury during your session
- You are responsible for your personal belongings
- You agree to follow all studio safety guidelines
7 Studio Conduct
- No illegal activities
- No food or drinks near equipment
- Leave studio in same condition as found
- Respect neighboring businesses (keep noise levels appropriate)
8 Recording Rights
- You retain all rights to content you create in our studio
- We may request permission to use photos of your session for marketing purposes
By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
You also agree to the Calendly Terms of Service used for booking and payment.
