    Upload your raw recordings to our shared drive or any cloud storage. We accept all common formats: WAV, AIFF, MP3, and multi-track sessions.

  2. Noise reduction and cleanup

    We remove background noise, room tone, clicks, pops, and any technical artifacts from the recording. The result sounds like it was captured in a treated booth.

  3. Editing for content and pacing

    We cut filler words, long pauses, and dead air. The edit serves the content, not just the time stamp.

  4. Mixing and mastering

    Levels balanced, EQ applied, compression set for the medium, and final mastering for Spotify and Apple Podcasts loudness targets.

  5. Delivery

    Finished episode delivered as MP3 and WAV. Add show notes and transcript as an optional add-on.

We price by the episode based on your average run time and production scope. Contact us with your episode length, publishing frequency, and what you currently have in your raw recordings. Most recurring clients get a per-episode rate.
02 What is included in your audio editing service?
Noise reduction, full content editing (cuts, pacing, filler removal), EQ, compression, intro and outro insertion, music bed mixing, mastering for Spotify and Apple Podcasts loudness targets, and delivery as MP3 and WAV.
03 How long does editing take?
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days per episode. Rush turnaround is available for clients on a recurring production schedule. We let you know at intake if we have capacity for your timeline.
04 Can you edit a podcast I already recorded?
Yes. Send us your raw audio files, let us know the episode length and any notes, and we deliver the finished episode. Most clients switching to us from a cheaper editor notice an immediate quality difference in the first episode.
05 Do you have to record in your studio to use your editing service?
No. Our audio editing service is location-independent. You upload raw files from wherever you record. We deliver finished episodes. Clients in Boise and clients out of state get the same product.
06 Do you also handle video for podcasts?
Yes. If you film your podcast yourself and want us to handle both audio and video post-production, we take both sets of raw files and deliver a finished episode package. The video service is priced separately from the audio edit.
